Production Equipment

Our company is equipped with high-precision automated production equipment such as laser marking machines, fully automatic bonding machines, fully automatic die bonding machines, fully automatic assembly robots, fully automatic surface mount technology (SMT) machines, and fully automatic folding machines. This enables the entire production process, from chip die bonding, circuit surface mounting, precise bonding, intelligent assembly to marking, to be fully automated.
