1. Component incoming inspection

2. PCB surface mount welding

SMT surface mount completes the welding of circuit board components, conducts initial functional testing of the circuit board when powered on, and investigates short circuits and virtual soldering.

3. Component assembly

Assemble the motherboard, battery, Type C charging interface, and motor air pump into the Type-C Rechargeable Upper Arm Blood Pressure Monitor main casing; Assemble the airbag, catheter, and host, assemble the buttons and display screen, and complete the hardware assembly of the entire machine.
